Skovos Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

Online Services Privacy Policy

We recognize that the privacy of your information is important. Skovos’s Services Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") describes our practices in connection with information we collect through websites, platforms, services, and applications that we own or operate and that contain a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, "Skovos’s Services"). As used in this Policy, terms such as "we," "us," "our," and "Company" refer to Haver AI Inc., doing business as Skovos. Skovos’s Services are intended for a United States audience. Processing locations depend on the service and its providers. Newsletter information may be processed outside the United States, including in the European Union, as described in the website and newsletter section below.

Website inquiries and The Governed AI Brief

Newsletter amendment effective September 8, 2026. This section supplements the March 28, 2026 policy for website inquiries and The Governed AI Brief.

Haver AI Inc., doing business as Skovos, uses the contact information you choose to provide to respond to your website inquiry or deliver the email newsletter you select. Newsletter subscriptions, demo requests, and event registrations are separate choices. A website visit, LinkedIn follow, demo request, or event registration does not enroll you in the newsletter.

We use MailerLite to manage newsletter signup, email confirmation, delivery, subscription preferences, and opt-outs. Newsletter records include your email address, information you choose to submit, subscription and confirmation status, and the records needed to honor opt-outs. MailerLite also processes technical and delivery information; where enabled, its email measurement can record opens and link interactions. See MailerLite’s privacy policy for its handling of this information. Newsletter information may be processed outside the United States, including in the European Union.

You can unsubscribe through a newsletter’s unsubscribe link or contact will@skovos.ai about your newsletter subscription or a related privacy request. We retain subscription records as needed to operate the newsletter and records needed to honor opt-outs; unsubscribing does not automatically erase the suppression record. You do not need to contact an affiliated healthcare provider to manage this newsletter.

Please do not provide patient information, medical records, credentials, or other sensitive information through newsletter signup or general website inquiries. The clinical-service and affiliated-healthcare-provider provisions elsewhere in this policy do not authorize submitting that information through these marketing channels. This newsletter notice does not change product-specific agreements or clinical-service notices.
