Build the infrastructure that makes healthcare AI possible.

Health systems are ready for AI — what’s been missing is the platform to deploy it safely, govern it rigorously, and scale it system-wide. That’s exactly what we’re building at Skovos.

Skovos co-founders Will Haver and Anthony Rodgers

Top Talent From Industry

Our team brings experience from environments where safety and reliability are non-negotiable: developing safety systems for Waymo’s self-driving cars, establishing clinical AI reporting standards, building secure PHI platforms used across major health systems, and leading global healthcare improvement efforts in more than 60 countries.

We’re physicians and operators who understand the pressures of modern healthcare. Administrative burden, cognitive overload, fragmented workflows: these are the real barriers to impact. They shape how we design, govern, and deliver every AI capability on the platform.

We're a talent-dense and fast-moving team.

We’re Growing Fast, in Scale and in Impact

Our platform now reaches more than 400,000 users across top US health systems, delivering measurable outcomes and rapid growth across our partner network in the past year alone.

Every new deployment expands our impact, helping healthcare organizations use AI safely, responsibly, and at enterprise scale.

Capture a Trillion-Dollar Opportunity

Healthcare AI represents one of the largest market opportunities of our generation, and we've positioned ourselves at the center of it.

We moved early, moved quickly, and now have real momentum: proven technology, deep customer relationships, and a clear path to becoming a category-defining company. The window is open. The opportunity is massive. And we're built to capture it.

Where We Work

Boston. We work together in the office because the problems are hard, the standards are high, and the fastest way to meet both is in the same room.

We hire people who want to be in it together, not people looking for a quiet seat.

Build at the Frontier of Healthcare AI

Work on bleeding-edge technology that's reshaping how medicine is practiced. Tackle complex, high-stakes challenges at the intersection of AI and clinical care, problems that demand both technical excellence and deep healthcare expertise.

Your work will contribute directly to one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time.

Led by Proven and Trusted Founders

Our founders have built and scaled transformative companies before and are now trusted advisors to health system leaders, policymakers, and regulators shaping the future of AI in healthcare.

Their thought leadership has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine, STAT, Health Affairs, and US News & World Report, and they regularly keynote the industry's most influential gatherings.

United by a Powerful Mission

We’re laser focused on giving clinicians back time for patient care and helping health systems harness the full power of AI without compromising safety or trust.

Led by physicians and healthcare executives who’ve lived the cognitive and administrative burden of modern medicine firsthand, we’re building AI that finally works for clinicians: reducing workload, restoring time, and rebuilding confidence in technology.

Who You Will Sell To

Health system executives: CIOs, CMIOs, and the compliance and quality leaders who answer for AI when it goes wrong. Long cycles, real budgets, high stakes.

If you want transactional volume, this is the wrong job. If you want accounts that take a year to win and last a decade, it is the right one.

A Small, Exceptionally High-Performing Team

We’re a tight-knit group of builders and operators from leading medical institutions, Silicon Valley tech companies, major payors and health systems, and top consulting firms, where curiosity, rigor, and collaboration drive rapid progress and everyone has meaningful ownership.

We move fast but operate with deep care, blending Silicon Valley execution speed with the discipline and safety standards that healthcare demands.

A Culture That Balances Drive with Joy

We take the mission seriously, but not ourselves.

Our culture is energetic and grounded. We celebrate wins, enjoy being together in the office, and bring creativity to everything we do, in and out of work. We value excellence and intensity, but we also make space for fun, curiosity, and connection.

OPEN ROLES

We are hiring in research, sales, and marketing.

We are early. These are founding roles, which means you will shape how we sell and how we are understood, not inherit someone else's playbook.

Student AI Researcher · 3–5 places

Boston · In person · Part-time · Unpaid

Research hospital AI adoption and governance, contact hospital executives over LinkedIn and email, and help book introductory calls. 10–20 hours per week, flexible around classes; immediate start.

Founding Account Executive, Health Systems

Boston · Full-time · Sales

Own the first repeatable sales motion into health systems. You will run discovery with CIOs, CMIOs and compliance leaders, shape the commercial model as you go, and turn early conversations into deployments. You will be the first quota-carrying hire, working directly with both founders.

Sales Development Representative

Boston · Full-time · Sales

Open the top of the funnel. Research health systems, learn the governance problem well enough to write outreach a CMIO would actually answer, and book meetings that convert. This is a role for someone who wants to become an AE inside a category that is being defined right now.

Head of Marketing

Boston · Full-time · Marketing

Own positioning, the category narrative, and demand. Your job is to take a technical governance product and turn it into a story health system executives repeat to each other. Research, writing, events, and the website all sit with you.

PART-TIME INTERNSHIP · BOSTON

Student AI Researcher: Healthcare AI Research & Market Development

October 5 recruitment update: 3–5 additional student places. We are expanding our fall research cohort. Existing applicants remain under consideration and do not need to apply again.

Students will have a defined research project, weekly feedback, and a final research brief or portfolio deliverable. We welcome technical and nontechnical backgrounds, including AI evaluation, data analysis, healthcare research, and interviewing.

Company: Skovos (formerly Haver AI)
Location: In person at 4 Copley Place, Boston
Start: Immediately
Hours: 10–20 per week, flexible around classes
Pay: Unpaid
Path: Potential to continue as a full-time spring 2027 co-op; continuation is not guaranteed.

This role includes direct outreach to hospital executives, not just research. You will contact leaders over LinkedIn and email, handle replies, and help book introductory calls with the CEO.

About Skovos

Skovos is the governance layer for healthcare AI. Our platform helps health systems see their AI agents, manage their access, and enforce policies. Skovos came out of Harvard Innovation Labs, was a Harvard President’s Innovation Challenge semifinalist, is part of MIT × Mass General Brigham AI Cures, and is an NVIDIA Inception member.

What you’ll do

  • Research how hospitals and health systems use AI: the tools and agents they have deployed, the vendors behind them, and the clinical, operational, and financial workflows they touch.
  • Research how health systems govern AI, including governance committees, policies, vendor agreements and business associate agreements (BAAs), and who owns oversight: general counsel, compliance leaders, CIOs, and CMIOs.
  • Build hospital profiles and a market map of health system AI adoption and governance maturity.
  • Contact hospital leaders, including general counsel, chief compliance officers, and AI governance leads, over LinkedIn and email using Skovos’s outreach platform. LinkedIn outreach will come from your own profile, listing your role at Skovos and clearly identifying your affiliation.
  • Handle replies and book introductory calls with the CEO.
  • Sit in on sales calls to learn how health systems evaluate healthcare AI governance.
  • Produce a final research report or portfolio piece on AI adoption in hospitals.

What you’ll learn

How AI is actually deployed and governed in health systems; healthcare compliance and vendor risk; and startup go-to-market work. You’ll have a weekly learning session with the CEO and develop a research report or portfolio piece.

Who we’re looking for

  • Students studying health sciences, public health, business, or pre-law; other majors are welcome.
  • Strong writers who can turn research into clear, accurate summaries and thoughtful outreach.
  • People who are comfortable contacting executives and working independently.
  • Applicants who have a LinkedIn profile or are willing to build one.
